📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and reviewing applications.,Support the HR department in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Support the HR department in the management of employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs for employees.,Support the HR department in the management of employee records and documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support the organization's goals.,Support the HR department in the management of HR metrics and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a human resources setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.
