📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and support to achieve sales targets.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Implement and monitor sales and marketing strategies to drive branch performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to optimize stock availability.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement new initiatives and improvements.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
