PT Sentosa Sinergi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. This position offers a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment in the vibrant city of Bogor, West Java.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, designing, and implementing training programs and workshops.,Coordinate with trainers and instructors to ensure the quality and effectiveness of training sessions.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs to measure their impact on employee performance.,Support in the development and maintenance of training materials and resources.,Assist in the scheduling and logistics of training sessions, including venue booking and participant management.,Provide administrative support to the Training and Development department, including record-keeping and reporting.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.,Support in the development and implementation of compliance training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development roles.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
