As a Guru Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement high-performing affiliate marketing campaigns for our clients.
• Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, influencers, and brand stakeholders.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on affiliate marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking technologies, and performance marketing.
• Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate networks like CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, and Impact.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
