📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Respond promptly to on-call cleaning requests to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas, focusing on high-traffic zones and common spaces.
• Use specialized cleaning equipment and products to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and any issues encountered.
• Collaborate with the cleaning team to ensure consistent quality and adherence to health and safety protocols.
• Follow and enforce strict cleaning protocols and guidelines.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant departments.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning services, preferably in a high-end or hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as steam cleaners, vacuum cleaners, and disinfectants.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to varying schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• Valid certification in cleaning services or related field is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
