📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain employees.,Conduct job analysis and design job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback to candidates.,Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment and employer branding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and employer branding.,Proven track record of success in talent acquisition and employer branding.,Strong command of the Mandarin language, both written and spoken.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
