📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospects and existing customers to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals and objectives.,Attend and participate in sales training and development programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound telesales or a related sales role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
