📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of insurance professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the section.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the section.,Oversee the preparation and submission of insurance policies and claims.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and provide feedback and coaching.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Represent the section in meetings with clients, stakeholders, and other internal teams.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the insurance industry.,Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Familiarity with insurance software and systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
