📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
• Work closely with our engineering team to gather information and create accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Collaborate with our marketing and support teams to ensure that our documentation is clear, concise, and meets the needs of our customers.
• Review and edit technical documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing.
• Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed.
• Create and maintain user manuals, quick start guides, and other types of technical documentation.
• Ensure that our technical documentation is accessible to a wide range of users, including those with disabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.
• Strong background in technical writing, including experience with software, hardware, or other technical products.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly and concisely.
• Experience with technical documentation tools, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
