Diamond Silver Sentosa is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of retail sales operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product information, recommendations, and purchases.,Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.,Assist in the organization and presentation of merchandise to maximize sales.,Participate in sales promotions and special events to drive customer engagement and sales.,Assist in the training of new retail staff to ensure consistent service quality.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
