PT Property Maha is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a commitment to ensuring our vehicles are in optimal condition. This role is crucial in supporting our operational efficiency and safety standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles are serviced and maintained according to manufacturer specifications and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses to optimize cost efficiency.,Coordinate with service providers for timely repairs and maintenance.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the scheduling and coordination of vehicle assignments and routes.,Provide support to drivers and other staff regarding vehicle issues and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
