📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Managing office supplies and maintaining inventory.

Scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.

Assisting with office maintenance and repairs.

Handling office security and access control.

Managing office communication and documentation.

Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks.

Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in General Affairs, Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using office software and tools.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Familiarity with HR processes and procedures.

Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.
