📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and compensation packages.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
