📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accuracy and timeliness.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with benefit plans.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, and implement relevant strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.
