Camp Plus Indonesia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Distribution Officer to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the distribution process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in distribution and logistics to gain valuable industry experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling.,Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers, meeting agreed-upon deadlines and quality standards.,Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and deliveries, and prepare regular reports for management.,Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure smooth and effective distribution operations.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics, such as delivery times, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, addressing any issues or concerns related to product delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also apply).,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
