📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.,Monitor and report on account performance, providing regular updates to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.,Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay informed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts.,Strong understanding of retail operations and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.,Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
