Smart Central Ekspansindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead HR Generalist to join our team in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.,Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.,Administer and enforce company policies and procedures related to HR.,Lead performance management activities, including performance reviews and appraisals.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts in a fair and impartial manner.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Provide guidance and support to the HR team and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in leading HR functions.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Certifications in HR management or related fields are a plus.
