📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including cleaning desks, floors, and common areas.,Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and organizing documents.,Manage office supplies, including ordering, restocking, and maintaining inventory.,Support the team by handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing visitor entries.,Ensure the office is prepared for meetings and events, including setting up equipment and supplies.,Assist with office maintenance tasks, such as fixing minor issues and maintaining equipment.,Support the HR team with recruitment tasks, including preparing interview materials and assisting with onboarding.,Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Boy or similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with office equipment and maintenance tasks.,Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 kg.
