🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the operations or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes, including supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools, such as ERP systems, inventory management software, and logistics software.,Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
