📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pastry department, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Develop and implement pastry recipes and menu items to meet customer demands and company goals.,Ensure high-quality standards and food safety compliance in the pastry department.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pastry products into the overall dining experience.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency in the pastry department.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing a pastry department.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Experience with menu development and cost control is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
