Sentral Kirana Bakery is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bakery, ensuring that we maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for the food industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all products meet our high standards.,Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure that we have the right products in stock at all times.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management within the food industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.
