📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences,Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth,Managing and mentoring sales teams to achieve monthly targets,Building strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty,Promoting products and services through effective sales techniques,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations,Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or consulting,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior
