Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet sales targets and achieve individual and team goals.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities.,Prepare and present regular sales reports and presentations to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales and marketing software.,Familiarity with the tools and techniques of the construction and hardware industry is a plus.
