We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team at Premier BPO Inc. in Bali. As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, managing accounts receivable and payable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process and reconcile bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, collections, and payments.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and external auditors.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.,Provide financial support and guidance to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with a focus on accounts receivable and payable.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.,Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
