📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management and regulatory authorities.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Monitor and manage the company's budget, forecasting financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial information is available for decision-making.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures and financial initiatives to support the company's growth and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with financial operations and growth strategies is a plus.
