Plus Direct Unggul is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service, and driving the success of our culinary operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that the restaurant maintains a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including special promotions and events.,Manage the restaurant budget, including food costs, labor costs, and other expenses.,Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff to ensure a high level of customer service and culinary excellence.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.,Collaborate with the hotel management team to ensure seamless integration between the restaurant and other hotel services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant, including increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, and experience in maintaining a clean and safe environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
