📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.,Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.,Conduct background checks and interviews for new hires to assess their suitability for employment.,Develop and implement security training programs for employees to enhance their awareness and skills.,Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to investigate and prevent security threats.,Maintain and update security documentation and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure the effective implementation of security measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Proven track record of successfully managing security operations and teams.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid security clearance and certification (e.g., SSSSN, SSSST, or equivalent).,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
