📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in the retail industry.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
