JLL is seeking a dedicated Shift Building Technician to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems and equipment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Ensure the safety and compliance of building systems and equipment.,Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.,Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.,Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,1-3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.,Knowledge of building systems and equipment.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
