📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.,Create user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in creating training materials and presentations.,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation and training materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with documentation tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
