📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement community engagement programs to enhance the local community's connection with Alpha Karaoke.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and execute community events, workshops, and partnerships with local organizations.
• Manage and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote community initiatives and events.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for community programs.
• Provide regular reports and updates on community engagement activities to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community engagement, event management, or related roles.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and event management software such as Eventbrite or Cvent.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Creative and innovative thinking to develop impactful community programs.
• Familiarity with local community resources and networks in Bandung.
