You'll work closely with IT teams to ensure compliance with regulations such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and other relevant standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop, implement, and maintain IT controls and compliance policies to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls and compliance processes.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT systems to identify risks and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement security measures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on IT security and compliance best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in IT security and compliance.
• Prepare and present reports on IT controls and compliance activities to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT controls and compliance, with a focus on ISO 27001 and COBIT.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CGEIT are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of IT security and compliance frameworks and standards.
• Proficient in using IT control and compliance tools such as SAP GRC, ControlScan, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
