📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement performance management systems using tools like BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors
• Create and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees
• Develop and maintain organizational structures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
• Analyze and interpret performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to align performance goals with company objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in organization development
• Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures related to performance and training

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organization development, performance management, or training & development
• Strong knowledge of performance management systems and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
• Certification in organization development or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
