📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Record and process all incoming payments accurately and promptly.
• Monitor and reconcile customer invoices to ensure financial accuracy.
• Manage our accounts receivable system using QuickBooks.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on overdue invoices.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
