📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct customer surveys and interviews to gather insights on customer satisfaction and pain points.
• Analyze customer data using Tableau, Google Analytics, and other data visualization tools to identify trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer experience improvement initiatives.
• Create reports and dashboards to communicate customer insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist in organizing customer experience workshops, webinars, and training sessions.
• Support the Customer Experience team in managing customer feedback and complaints.
• Contribute to the development of customer experience strategies and initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer experience and data analytics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
