📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Prepare and process stock transfers, returns, and replacements as needed.
- Support the warehouse team in picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
