📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and produce high-quality short-form video content that aligns with our brand and audience interests
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and shareable video concepts
• Utilize video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Stay updated with the latest trends in short-form video content and social media platforms
• Conduct research and analysis to understand audience preferences and behaviors
• Optimize video content for maximum engagement and reach on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Work closely with the design team to ensure visual consistency and brand identity
• Monitor video performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work
• Strong understanding of video editing techniques and tools
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their algorithms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
