📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.
• Manage the onboarding process, including orientation and training for new hires.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the HR Director to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee benefits and ensure they are administered correctly.
• Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficient in HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
